📖Nuance

Until 2026-09-24 this entry defined the operator as Orion: "Orion acting on the machine: the only non-autonomous agent, with a human in the loop on everything. The operator holds architect and admin authority precisely because of that, owns the manual rung of the escalation ladder, and is the only one who may change the build machinery — switch off first, repair, verify, switch on, watch the first tick." Ninad then ruled the operator is the human, through an Orion session (security #118). Older texts that say 'the operator' for Orion -- the operator bypass, the operator lane -- keep their words until next amended.
