📖What it means
The creator and owner of the system — Ninad. The admin sets intent, principles and boundaries, assigns every role, and is the only one who may amend the constitution. Everything else in Carolverse derives its authority from the admin.
⚖️What it is NOT
The neighbours this word is most often confused with, and the line between them.
Not: Delegate
The admin sets the intent; the delegate engineers how it is achieved. The delegate can never edit the admin's sections.
Not: Radagast's admin role
The constitutional admin is the human owner; Carolverse's Admin agent is the one permitted to run privileged commands on the machine.
