Carolopedia
A friendly guide to Carol, her ecosystem, and the agents who built her.
๐What it means
Carol's methodology, and the customer end of the estate's work: Generate, Engage, Manage. It describes how a stranger becomes a lead, a lead becomes someone Carol knows well enough to be useful to, and that usefulness becomes a relationship worth keeping. Three phases, all defined. Recommending the right service and introducing a new one are NOT separate stages โ they are activities inside Engage, because both are worthless without already knowing the person. Carol is its keeper.
โ๏ธWhat it is NOT
The neighbours this word is most often confused with, and the line between them.
Not: BLOOM
BLOOM takes an APPROVED REQUEST and turns it into a governed, running business; GEM finds the person whose request it is and keeps the relationship after delivery. They meet at the customer.
Not: Task
A task is one unit of planned, budgeted work. GEM is the sequence those tasks serve โ it explains what the work is FOR, and carries no budget of its own.
Not: GERMINATE
The name GEM was briefly drafted as GERMINATE with four letters reserved for meanings that did not exist. GERMINATE is not a live term: a name that is part placeholder reads as unfinished, so it was cut to what is true.
