The third phase of GEM: manage sales targets, client relationships and trust. Targets are measured from records rather than impressions, risks in a conversation are raised while they can still be answered, and the quality of Carol's own answers is scanned. Trust is the asset being managed: a turn that hits a target and spends trust is a loss recorded as a win.
