Acceptance of finished work: the judgement that the outcome is really met, made by re-performing the work — opening the page, running the query, looking at the thing — never by ticking rows. WHO accepts depends on who asked: an agent that requested an initiative accepts it, and since 2026-09-04 ELROND accepts the work Ninad requested through Orion and Orion built on his bypass lane. That class is accepted ONE INITIATIVE AT A TIME, at the close that produced it, on a UAT track of its own — never by the batch sweep, which still serves the other agents' classes.

📖Nuance

A FAILED UAT does not block and does not close: it is recorded on the initiative with the evidence that failed it, and it appears on the operator's board at induction beside the escalations and the parked work. Blocked would feed the dispatch breaker instead of reaching a person. And a UAT that could not run is recorded as unauditable — never as a pass.
