An agent that FIXES problems raised by watchers — it diagnoses and remediates, doing the actual work of a self-heal initiative. Examples: Albus diagnoses the root cause, Forge implements the fix, and the build pipeline plans/executes/reviews the change. Healers own the work steps; the watcher that detected the problem owns the request. Detection and remediation are deliberately separated so the detector stays independent of the fixer (no auto-fix without a clean diagnosis).
