The retired idea that an autonomous lane could diagnose the build pipeline and then fix it. No such lane exists any more: recovery runs on the escalation ladder, whose top rung is the operator. The word survives in older records, which is why it is defined here — so nobody goes looking for a mechanism that was deliberately removed.

Not: Healer
A healer is a live role that fixes what a watcher reports; self-healing was a whole autonomous lane, and it is gone.
