Infra Roadmap is the blueprint that Hagrid, the Keeper of Keys, uses to guide the Carolverse deeper into Microsoft Azure. Think of it as a living checklist sorted by theme and horizon — infrastructure improvements that need to happen, one carefully chosen initiative at a time. Moving a sprawling AI ecosystem onto a robust cloud backend isn’t a single leap; it’s a series of deliberate steps, and this app makes those steps visible. It exists so the whole build crew knows what’s coming next for reliability, scalability, and Azure integration, keeping the platform’s technical backbone on track. While it’s kept behind authentication for focus, it’s the internal source of truth for all infrastructure modernization work.

Usage Patterns

Infra Roadmap fires up whenever the team needs clarity on the infrastructure journey ahead. Hagrid updates it regularly after reviewing system gaps or new Azure capabilities, while engineering leads like Elrond consult it before scoping out new initiatives — checking if a planned improvement already covers a bottleneck, or slotting a fresh item under the right theme. For example, if a service starts dragging during peak hours, a squad might open the roadmap to see whether a horizon-two scaling fix is in the pipeline, or if they should suggest it themselves. It’s not a public-facing app; only authenticated members of the build crew use it to stay synchronized on the deep Azure grounding journey, one initiative at a time.
