📖What this track is
Athena's own duty of care for the fleet: keeping every agent's record accurate and checked, and supervisors checking on how their reports are doing. What is left of Agent Resources once the cross-cutting lanes -- chat, speech, pictures, consciousness, wishes, protocols -- are taken out. The track KEY still reads 'core' because it is an identifier the budget history, blocks, work units and glossary all point at; the name is what a person reads (CAROL-INI-3665).
