๐Ÿ“–About & Usage

About

This droid is an App Steward owned by Orion. It exists to keep Orion's registered apps alive: on a schedule it checks whether those apps are still running, and if any have stopped, it relaunches them. This matters because an app that crashes silently can leave an agent working with broken tools.

It works by calling the shared app-liveness mechanism, scoped to Orion's own apps, using `shared/app_steward.py` to detect down apps and restart them. The mechanism is shared across the ecosystem (see Shared Services), so each steward droid is a thin, agent-specific instance of the same logic.

This droid is not a one-off. It is one of 18 exact-name copies of "App Steward", and the app-steward family (see Droid Families) has 19 droids owned by many agents โ€” including Archon, Argus, Carol, Clara, Hermione, and Prometheus โ€” each keeping its own owner's apps alive. It is pure software: no Claude calls appear in its source, so it uses no model and runs entirely on its own.
