Roadmap Builder (rb-s1) is Leo's on-demand worker droid that turns a project's answered requirements into a proposed, phase-grouped roadmap. It exists so a project's roadmap can be drafted quickly and consistently from gathered requirements, then reviewed by people and agents before anything becomes official.

When triggered, it reads the project's gathered requirements and calls Claude to synthesize 4–12 roadmap entries per phase. It validates that each entry has a known phase and a non-empty title, truncates output to safe bounds, and persists the results as proposed entries in Carolverse Strategy. It never writes directly to Carol Initiatives — it only proposes. On a rebuild it drops existing proposed entries but keeps filed and cancelled ones, and it refuses to run if zero requirements have been gathered.

rb-s1 is not unique: it belongs to the Droid Families worker family, which 30 droids across many owner agents run, and there are two exact-name copies of "Roadmap Builder". It is hybrid software: orchestration, validation, and persistence are pure software, but the drafting step calls Claude with an unspecified model to generate the roadmap entries.
