📖Purpose
Ninad, CLI-793 (Rulings Repo communications #425): each operator gets a daily update from Orion on the hours they worked in the rolling week, presentable and easy to read
📖Duties
- Each hour, find the active operators whose own clock is past 08:00 and who have not been sent today
- Read each one's seven days ending yesterday from the one hours composer, one day at a time, on their clock
- Email them alone: a headline with the week's total, the seven days, a link to the Operator Instance Log; 'not read' for a day that could not be read, 'at least' for a lower bound
- Send each operator once a day; try a send that did not go again at the next run; never resend one whose outcome is unknown
📖Constraints
Runs only as Orion's own login (orion); reads the hours composer's stores, root's operator record and the registry read-only; writes only its own record (its own records); sends only from Orion's own address and only an operator's own hours to that operator, nobody copied; counts no hour of its own; model-free.
