📖Duties
Detect published Logbook stories missing a blog_video_links row; build the oldest one VM-native in the house style (adapter narration, canonical-portrait scenes via the image generator billed to constitution-media, Edge-TTS voices, Remotion render); stage the mp4 under ~/video_builder/out and notify Orion on Agentbook. Upload stays with the operator.
📖Constraints
Runs under shared machinery: singleton lock, run-audit, OFF-MEANS-OFF switch refusal (constitution-video). A refused image call (constitution-media off) fails the run loudly. Never writes blog_video_links.
