Task Declaration Collector

Droid Samples how many live droids have declared no task — the countdown gating removal of the fleet default provider

Task Declaration Collector is a scheduled droid owned by Orion. It monitors whether live droids have declared a task.

Readers would encounter it in the estate’s daily monitoring of task declarations, where it helps identify droids with no declared task.

Daily: count live droids with no declared task, record the sample, emit run-audit either way.

Records what it measures and never invents a number: an unreadable record FAILS the run rather than reporting zero.
