๐Ÿ“–About & Usage

About

The Task Declaration Collector is a scheduled droid owned by Orion. Once a day it counts how many live droids in the Carolverse have not declared a task and records that count. That number is the "task-declaration countdown" that gates removal of the fleet default provider, so the droid exists to keep the countdown a watched, auditable number rather than something that changes silently when a new droid is added (policy P.01.03.07.06).

It runs every day at 05:05 under the normal Scheduled Processes schedule. It samples the live droid records via Agent Records, writes the sample, and always emits a run-audit to Audit & Compliance whether the reading succeeds or not. Its one hard rule is honesty: it only records numbers it actually measured, and if a record cannot be read, the run FAILS instead of reporting zero.

The name "Task Declaration Collector" is unique to this instance, but the droid itself is not a one-off: it is one of 222 droids in the (none) family, a set that other agents across the Carolverse also run (see Droid Families). Its execution engine is not recorded yet, so we can't yet say whether it is pure software or calls Claude โ€” no guess is made until the engine is identified.
