📖Purpose
Every operator's Orion session has its own record and key, whoever the operator is, so what it raises and submits is attributed to a real session.
📖Duties
- Read the operator from the door's caller, never from an argument or a name in a request
- Refuse a caller that is not one active operator on root's authority record, and an unreadable record
- Open the session in the ONE CLI-NNN sequence and record the operator and how they were proved
- Print the session key as the run's receipt; record a refusal as a failed run
📖Constraints
Model-free. Takes no arguments. Never moves the administrator's active-session marker. Opens nothing when run by hand or by a schedule: without the door's caller it refuses. Holds no grant itself -- who may reach it is the operator door's, decided by root's code from the operator's reach.
