Rulings Repo communications #393: an operator who chose release announcements is emailed each new release of Orion's operator template, which the publisher's own locked login cannot send
📖Duties
- Each hour, read the publisher's journal of releases
- For each release published since it began and not yet decided, ask the one recipient question
- Email exactly who chose it, on one message, from Orion's address; record nobody chose it when nobody did; never repeat one an operator's session announced
- Try a send that did not go again at the next run, in order; never resend one whose outcome is unknown
📖Constraints
Runs only as Orion's own login (orion); reads the publisher's journal, the record of choices, root's operator record and the registry read-only; writes only its own record (its own records); sends only from Orion's own address, only to who chose release announcements, nobody copied; never tells a release from before it began; model-free.
