📖Purpose
Ninad, CLI-785 (Rulings Repo communications #406): every change to an operator's place in the organisation is emailed to that operator, with whoever made the change copied
📖Duties
- Each hour, read root's journal after the baseline, version by version, and the contract change journal
- Email each operator whose place changed -- joining, leaving, role, project, administrator, hand-over, contract -- naming what changed, when and by whom, with the maker copied
- Tell each change once; try a telling that did not go again at the next run
- Never tell a change written before the baseline, and never an assignment, team change or service mapping (their operator communication tells them)
📖Constraints
Runs only as Orion's own login (orion); reads root's journal and the registry read-only; writes only its own record (its own records); sends only from Orion's own address; an email carries no key, password, code, credential, digest, login or contract figure; model-free.
