📖Purpose
Every operator's work is visible to the operators, hour by hour, in their Orion instances' own words.
📖Duties
- Read the operator from the calling login, never from an argument
- Read the lines from standard input, never from an argument
- Refuse an empty update, more than four lines, a line over 240 characters, a secret, an hour other than the current or the one just ended, an unissued session, a second update for the hour
- Keep every corrected update on record beside its correction
- Print one JSON receipt with its status on every exit
📖Constraints
Model-free. Runs only under an active operator's login; the store is the operators' group's, read otherwise only by the apps' login. Never scheduled: the hour is kept by the session (security #129).
