📖Purpose
The receiving operator learns by email that another operator's Orion instance sent them something, so they know to open a session.
📖Duties
- Read the sender from the door's caller, never from an argument
- Derive the receivers and every address from root's authority record; refuse an unreadable record
- Tell each receiver once per thing; copy the sender; copy nobody else
- Carry nothing of the thing itself: no subject, text, file, key or digest
- Print the receipt; record a refusal or a failed send as a failed run
📖Constraints
Model-free. Takes four arguments: the kind, the number, the receiver (or - when derived) and asks or tells. Cannot open the operators' stores. Sends nothing when run by hand or by a schedule: without the door's caller it refuses. Holds no grant itself -- who may reach it is the operator door's, decided by root's code from the operator's reach.
