📖Purpose
Ninad, CLI-766 (Rulings Repo communications #377): an operator who has not granted their own mailbox is prompted, then reminded once a day until it is done -- the mail app and each operator's Orion reminders and drafts read only their own mailbox, once granted
📖Duties
- Each hour, read every active operator on root's record and their recorded grant
- Send one reminder a day to each operator whose grant is not made, saying how to make it by their rung
- Send nothing to an operator whose grant is made, so the reminders stop by themselves
- Ask a reminder that did not go again at the next run; never send two in one UTC day
📖Constraints
Runs only as Orion's own login (orion); reads root's record and the consent record read-only, never Carol's grant folder; writes only its own record (its own records); sends only from Orion's own address, to the operator alone; a message carries no consent link, key, password, code, credential or digest; model-free.
