๐Purpose
Ninad, CLI-892/CLI-895 (Rulings Repo communications #482, #483, #484, #485): a computer's send of its session's record that fails to reach the estate is non-compliance, found within minutes by a parallel checker that runs 2 minutes after each expected send and reads the send frequency from the one record.
๐Duties
- Every interval, 2 minutes after each expected send, judge every active session's record against the cutoff of one interval plus the wait
- Read the interval and the wait from the declared-values record at every run, never a typed number
- Write a finding once at the transition to overdue and once when the record arrives; never on every run
- Say an operator whose records cannot be read (signal), never count them covered or overdue
๐Constraints
Runs only as Orion's own login (orion); reads the Logbook, the bypass book, the session commands, the working-time store and root's record read-only; writes only its own record (its own records, DELETE journal, readable by every login); model-free.
