Keep the shared Claude login credential readable by the carol-dev group so per-app-user chat lanes (Leo admin/normal, future agent chats) survive re-logins.

What the droid actually does

Every 5 minutes: if the shared .credentials.json lost group carol-dev or group-read (a /login rewrites it 600), restore group + mode 640; report via run-audit.

Boundaries

Touches ONLY the one credential file's group/mode; never reads or writes its content.
