Constitution Keeper

Droid Writes the constitution's page and the agents' copy of it -- Orion's, kept in his own place (/srv/carol-held/orion; shared machinery and its own records link to them) -- when asked through the agent-process door: show, log, edit (the administrator's request only), rebuild-copy, place-check, place. Logic in shared machinery.

📖Purpose

Make the constitution's owner the only writer of its page and copy, and the administrator the only one who decides a change to it, so the copy every agent reads always follows the page (design 709; Rulings Repo security #456, #457; the constitution's principle 'Only admin can edit the constitution, delegate cannot edit it').

📖Constraints

Model-free. Never runs as any login but the constitution owner's; never started except through the agent-process door; never takes who asked from a request; never changes the page for anyone but the administrator.
