Arc Progress Mailer is a droid that composes and sends the administrator’s end-of-day progress email. It provides a daily summary of progress and completed work.

The administrator encounters it through the daily email, which brings together recorded progress without requiring a separate request.

Ninad sees, once a day, which arcs moved and what was actually finished, without having to ask.
📖Duties
Read the arc record and the initiative store for the day that has just ended; name every arc whose work was filed, moved or closed; send one mail to the address on the registry's one administrator record.
📖Constraints
Reports only what the record carries — the summary is derived from the titles of work that actually closed, never composed by a model, so it cannot drift from the record and costs nothing. Anything unreadable is said in the mail rather than left as a silent gap. A refused send FAILS the run.
