📖What it means

How the estate decides which model answers a call: the work names the track it is for, the track names its slot, and nothing else has a say -- not a per-droid pin, not a special lane, not a fleet default, not the caller naming a vendor. A call whose track names no slot is refused, saying which track, never given a default.
