๐What it means
A named group of initiatives that share one purpose and drive toward one end-state. Membership is carried by a single registered topic tag stamped on every member, so an arc's status - done, pending, percent complete - is always a live query over its tag, never a hand-kept list. The tag registry row is the arc's identity; the arc is complete when every member initiative is closed.
