Keep Ninad (WhatsApp admin + web [email protected], access admin, carolverse role contributor), Werner and Sachin (promoted to carolverse contributors). The web Admin identity is deleted AFTER repointing its references to [email protected]. Carol Whitfield rows are deleted because Carol is an AGENT, not a user - her identity persists on her agent record, noting she is the only agent on WhatsApp with a dedicated German phone number. All other guest/test/stray identities are deleted. Deleted users user folders are MOVED to trash, never rm-ed (media rule). Project instances follow: deleted users lose their carolverse instances.

• Elrond's bypass methodology checklist (a reminder, not a gate -- you've got this): 0. File it requested_mode='bypass' (planner-vs-bypass is a deliberate choice). bypass_start REFUSES a non-bypass initiative (CAROL-INI-1846), and the dispatcher only skips the bypass lane when the mode says bypass -- a 'planner' mistag lets Merlin's pipeline grab the placeholder step and block your finished work. 1. Filed as planned status -- let the bypass claim/activate it; never file active. 2. Open the bypass (bypass_start) with your droid id + the remediation answer (remediates_initiative_id=NNN, or remediates_nothing=True). 3. Work the blocks for your work-type: template -> design -> code -> test -> review. Do the real work; record decisions on the initiative as you make them. 4. Reality is recorded for you at close -- code (files changed), each decision, and the twin-review verdict become real activities tied to this initiative and show in the Activity Tracker like a planner run (CAROL-INI-1840). No dummy rows. 5. Keep the initiative status moving; it parks in 'reviewing' and is tagged uat-pending for you at close (CAROL-INI-1836), so the stuck-watchdog leaves it alone until UAT. 6. Close runs the gates (design/architecture compliance + caller-audit). If a gate flags something pre-existing or unrelated to your change, waive it with a clear written rationale -- audit, don't skip. 7. Bypass skips the planner's auto-orchestration, NOT the standards. Werner/Sachin agent mappings are EMPTY until Ninad names them - a contributor with no mapping reaches no agent (fail-closed).
• Web Admin identity: its 8 request-history rows were repointed to [email protected] BEFORE deletion (Ninad instruction). Deleted-user request history keeps its name text with user_id nulled - history preserved, nothing dangling.
• Carol is an AGENT, not a user (Ninad ruling): both Carol Whitfield user rows deleted; the identity note plus her dedicated German WhatsApp number (491727430073, the only agent WhatsApp number) now live on her agent record.
• Folder residue: 11 user folders moved to trash (never rm). The two Carol Whitfield folders are owned by the apps OS user; a generic folder move is NOT in Radagast's sudo allowlist, so per policy the originals stay in place with their content COPIED to trash (verified identical by diff). Removing the two originals is a privileged cleanup awaiting operator-approved handling - refused, not worked around.
• Carol's person-memory records of the deleted people are untouched: the ruling cleans the USER list (the door), not Carol's memory of people. Athena's hygiene owns any person-memory retirement.

• Every reference that pointed at the web Admin identity points at [email protected] before the Admin row is removed, and the repointed count is recorded (must_have)
• Carol Whitfield user rows are gone and Carol's identity persists as agent, with her dedicated German WhatsApp number recorded on the agent side (must_have)
• Deleted users user folders are moved to a trash location, not rm-ed, and the carolverse instance list shrinks to the kept users only (must_have)
• A read-back shows no orphan project instances and no registry reference left pointing at a deleted user id (must_have)
