After 1-week transition: remove relay_to_gandalf MCP tool alias, the gandalf_logger.py + gandalf_seed.py compat shims, the /dev/gandalf-monitor/ -> /dev/leo-monitor/ nginx 301. Free the Gandalf name fully.
