CAROL-INI-731 (Gandalf->Leo rename) deferred the agents/leo dir collapse. Move agent_loop.py, mcp_config.json, persona.md from agents/leo into agents/agt_034 and update leo-chat to reference agt_034 path. agents/agt_034 already has its own mcp_server.py + identity.md; need to merge persona content carefully.
