The deployment tracker should display the last 5 production errors alongside other deployment metrics, each with a timestamp and a direct link to the relevant log line. This enables admins to quickly assess current system health and investigate issues without navigating to separate logging systems. The feature should auto-refresh to show the most recent errors as they occur.
