Operations

Service Carries people through the estate, from their first sign-in onward

📖About & Usage

The operations work that carries a person through the estate. Its first line of work is onboarding a new user: asking the administrator about them, admitting or declining them on the administrator's emailed decision, placing them on a project and mapping them to the agents they work with. Owned by Jarvis, Operations Manager. The sign-in door itself stays with Security; this service owns the journey a person travels, not the door they come through.

🧩Blocks

User Onboarding: Ask and Decide
Asks the administrator about each person pending at the sign-in door, from Jarvis's own address, and records the administrator's authenticated emailed decision.

🛤️Tracks

User Onboarding
Brings a new human USER into a project: the administrator is asked about them by email from Jarvis's own address, the administrator's authenticated reply admits or declines them, and an admitted person is placed on a project and mapped to the agents they may work with - their role follows from that mapping and is never typed. Operators are not users and are onboarded by Athena, not here.
