Communications

Service Channels people grant, never channels taken

📖About & Usage

Carol's communication channels beyond WhatsApp. First ability: a person can GRANT Carol access to their email through her own connect flow — she obtains consent herself, stores the person's token in their own folder, and reads only mailboxes whose owner granted access. Scope grows by Ninad's direction.

🧩Blocks

Account Enrichment
A user record enriched from accounts their owner granted: every recorded fact carries provenance and unfound fields stay empty.
Channel Grants
Consent-granted channels: the email-connect flow, per-person channel tokens, and the grant log. A channel exists only where its owner granted it.
Proactive Outreach
Carol-initiated WhatsApp engagement: opt-in targets, quiet hours, daily caps, and the proactive decision log.
Relay Ask
A user asks Carol to relay a question to another registered, verified user; the ask is captured with who asks, whom, and why, and the relay lifecycle record is opened.
Relay Delivery
Informed delivery: Carol relays the question to the receiver naming the asker, respecting quiet hours and the receiver's standing; replying is consent to convey the answer back.
Reply Conveyance
The receiver's reply is conveyed back to the asker with any associated actions; a relay nobody answers expires on its stated timeout and the asker is told.

🛤️Tracks

Account-Specific Services
Services on a person's own granted accounts: the email-connect consent flow, per-person channel tokens, and enrichment read only from mailboxes their owner granted.
Proactive Communication
Carol-initiated engagement: opt-in targets, quiet hours, daily caps and cooldowns, and the proactive decision log. One decided-and-sent message is one unit of work.
Relay Communication
Cross-user message relay (ARR): a user asks Carol to ask another user, informed delivery names the asker, and the reply is conveyed back or the relay expires with the asker told. Lifecycle requested/delivered/responded/conveyed/expired.
