About

Odin's Wellbeing Monitor is a scheduled droid that runs once a day for Odin. Its job is to give Odin a supervisor's view that goes beyond status aggregation: it checks that each of his direct reports is active, correctly enabled, and actually doing its work. It exists so that a report that goes quiet or breaks isn't missed until a later review.

The droid runs a shared, agent-blind routine โ€” the same wellbeing-monitor mechanism other supervisors use โ€” in a daily run that checks activity and enablement for Odin's direct reports. If it finds problems, it files one initiative per run to escalate them to Elrond, a single fixed escalation function.

This droid is one of a 12-droid monitor family (see Droid Families for the family registry), and other agents run the same shared family across the ecosystem, for example Arwen, Clara, Elrond, Galadriel, and Merlin. Its exact name, "Odin's Wellbeing Monitor," is unique to Odin. The droid is pure software: it makes no Claude calls and uses no model.
