About

Clara's Wellbeing Monitor is a daily monitor droid owned by Clara. It exists to help Clara carry out a supervisor's duty beyond just aggregating status reports: it checks that each of her direct reports is active, properly enabled, and actually doing its work. When it finds problems, it escalates them to Elrond by filing an initiative, so the issue is tracked rather than silently ignored.

Each day it runs a shared wellbeing-monitor routine (`wellbeing_monitor.run_for('agt_010')`) that reviews Clara's direct reports for activity, enablement, and performance. The mechanism is agent-blind and shared; only the escalation target is fixed. Issues are filed as initiatives in Carol Initiatives.

Clara's Wellbeing Monitor has a unique name, but it is one of twelve monitor-family droids. Other agents running the same reusable droid family include Arwen, Aurora, Cassius, Elrond, Galadriel, Merlin, Rhea, Odin, Noah, and Leo. It is pure software and does not call Claude.
