About

Aurora's Wellbeing Monitor is a scheduled daily droid owned by Aurora. It exists to give Aurora a supervisor's duty beyond status aggregation: each day it checks that Aurora's direct reports are active, correctly enabled, and actually doing their work, so a quiet or stalled report doesn't slip by unnoticed.

It runs once daily through the shared `wellbeing_monitor.run_for('agt_007')` mechanism. When it finds problems, it files one initiative per run, escalating the issue to Elrond as the single escalation target. The mechanism is agent-blind: the same code serves every monitor owner, so behaviour stays consistent across the whole family.

It is one of twelve monitor-family droids that several agents run (for example Arwen, Cassius, Clara, Elrond, Galadriel, Merlin, Rhea, Odin, Noah, and Leo), though this instance's name, "Aurora's Wellbeing Monitor," is unique to Aurora. It is pure software: no Claude calls were found in its source, so it does its work on its own without an LLM. Family details are tracked in Droid Families, and the initiatives it files land in Carol Initiatives.
