About
Arwen's Wellbeing Monitor is a daily droid owned by Arwen. Its job is to check that every agent who reports directly to Arwen is active, properly enabled, and actually doing its work — not just appearing in status reports. It exists because supervision duties need more than aggregation: Arwen needs to spot silent or stalled reports before they become problems.
The droid runs once per day through a shared, agent-blind mechanism called `wellbeing_monitor.run_for('agt_004')`. When it finds an issue, it files one initiative per run to escalate the problem to Elrond as the designated single escalation function. This keeps the mechanism generic and reusable while the routing stays fixed.
Although its name is unique to Arwen, it belongs to a standard monitor droid family that twelve droids run across owners including Aurora, Cassius, Clara, Elrond, Galadriel, Merlin, Rhea, Odin, Noah, and Leo. It is pure software: no Claude calls are involved in its execution.
