Verifier automatically checks code after Forge pushes it, providing confidence that the implementation reached the remote cleanly. It confirms the remote branch is reachable, all local commits were pushed, and no uncommitted changes remain.
It calls Claude (model unspecified) for post-push verification. It checks recently modified Python files for syntax errors, scans files for merge-conflict markers, and alerts the team when something fails. It only reports problems: it never fixes files, deploys code, runs tests, or judges whether the code’s logic is correct.
“Verifier” is a unique droid name, but the droid itself belongs to the standard reviewer family. That family has 31 droids run across several agents; this instance is owned by Forge.
