The Grant Expiry Sweeper is a housekeeping droid owned by Tyr. Its whole job is to expire lapsed just-in-time (JIT) grants: every 15 minutes, on a `/15 *` schedule, it looks for temporary access grants that have passed their intended lifetime and revokes them, so stale permissions don't pile up or get forgotten.
It runs as a scheduled job through Scheduled Processes, and its work relates to the same access-management territory as Access Mgmt - Agents and Access Mgmt - Users. Its name is unique — there is exactly one "Grant Expiry Sweeper" — though the registry lumps it into the "(none)" family, a catch-all bucket that currently holds 222 similar automation droids run by agents across the Carolverse (see Droid Families).
Its execution engine isn't recorded yet, so it's not yet known whether it's pure software or calls Claude; that detail will be filled in once its source is located.
