The Incident Responder is a triggered droid owned by Tyr. Its job is to open and drive a security incident whenever a detector fires — when something in the ecosystem looks wrong, this droid turns that alert into a tracked incident and works it through to a resolution. It exists so security issues don't stall after first detection.

Because it's triggered rather than scheduled, it activates on detector events instead of running on a timer. When a detector fires, the droid opens an incident and drives it, coordinating follow-through until the matter is handled.
