2026-07-23: The Albus Bypass (CAROL-INI-3263-00) adds a third execution lane that automatically completes planner initiatives abandoned by Albus Troubleshooter and RSI Diagnosis.
The Albus Troubleshooter now retries a transient LLM error (e.g., zero-token DeepSeek response) instead of letting a single failure trigger a hard block via Elrond. A failure reason is recorded.
The Albus Troubleshooter now uses a reusable Troubleshooting FAQ injected into its prompt, with feedback loops back to Orion for continuous improvement.
