Tactical Reviewer Twin provides quick, on-demand validation of an execution plan for its owner, Sage. It exists so tactical reviews can happen when needed instead of waiting for a fixed schedule.

When triggered with valid execution and agent IDs, it runs the standard tactical review check, logs a pass/fail outcome, and returns the result as JSON. It only evaluates plans—it does not change them or create new review criteria.

Its exact name is unique, but it belongs to the standard reviewer family, which has 31 droids used across several agents. It is pure software and makes no Claude calls.
