About
Tactical Planner Twin is Merlin’s on-demand planning tool. It creates or re-checks a tactical plan for one execution and agent at a time—useful for spot-checks, mid-task replanning, and validation before a plan goes live.
When triggered with an execution ID, agent ID, and optional group name, it runs the planning engine and returns the plan as JSON. It does not run on a schedule, save its results, or update the live pipeline automatically. Its name is unique, but it belongs to a reusable planner family of 14 droids run across Merlin and Elrond. It is pure software and does not call Claude.
