Tactical Planner Twin is an on-demand tactical planning tool. It helps check an existing plan or prepare a fresh plan for a specific execution.

📖Usage

It is used when a plan needs a spot-check, revision after a task changes, or validation before use in the estate’s work.

📖Purpose

TP-AR-02 is Merlin's on-demand tactical planning tool. When Merlin spots a plan that needs re-checking or needs a fresh plan for a specific execution right now, TP-AR-02 runs the planning engine immediately and returns the result.

📖Duties

- Takes an execution ID, agent ID, and optional group name as input
- Runs the tactical planning engine
- Returns the generated plan as JSON
- Used for spot-checks, replanning after mid-task adjustments, or validating plans before they go live

📖Constraints

- Only runs when triggered; does not run on a schedule.
- Plans for a single execution and agent at a time, not across the whole pipeline.
- Does not save results or integrate them into the live pipeline automatically.
- Uses the same planning logic as TP-AR-01; it just makes it available on demand.
