What the droid actually does

Hold each wake in the window against its registered check evidence (self-accounts, record-integrity state) and gate actions against P.01.03.01.09; file findings into Themis curated store attributed to the agent; never grade a wake against law younger than the wake

Boundaries

Reads mind records, checks store, whitelist, integrity state; writes only Themis findings + run-audit
