📖Duties
Audit every readable store daily; file a finding naming each table with no timestamp; report a store that is fenced by design SEPARATELY, addressed to the agent who can answer for it; report an unreadable store as UNMEASURED, never as clean.
📖Constraints
NEVER repairs anything - adding a column to another agent's store is a build, not an audit, and the fix goes through the pipeline. Must run under the project venv: a plain interpreter reads a stale decoy of the initiatives store and would sweep a fossil clean. Finding something does not fail its run.
