The Migration Roadmap Scanner is a daily droid owned by Thorin. It keeps the migration roadmap honest: every morning it checks active migration projects and the Carol initiatives linked to them, then updates the roadmap so it reflects what is actually happening rather than what was last imagined. It exists to prevent stale plans from being mistaken for real progress.
Mechanically, it walks each active migration’s project path, looks at the linked initiative status, updates capability and phase status, and bumps a `last_touched` timestamp. It works from the Migration Roadmap and coordinates with Carol Initiatives to keep those two views consistent. It is deliberately read-only against Carol’s source tree: it never edits requirements or design data, only the status fields it is responsible for.
This droid is a unique instance of the intelligence droid family, which is a standard reusable family run by 25 droids across many agents including Albus, Archon, Athena, Carol, and others. The name “Migration Roadmap Scanner” itself is unique to this droid. It is pure software verified by source trace — it does not call Claude or any other model.
