📖Purpose

Serve re-run requests recorded on initiatives for processes on Themis's own crontab (every architecture audit), so an audit's repair can be accepted by re-running the audit itself - under her own login, through its own recorded crontab command.

📖Duties

Every 2 minutes: read the [rerun-requested] decisions for droids whose mapped crontab line runs as themis; run each through its recorded command (the run-audit wrapper); record [rerun-started] and [rerun-served] with the run id, its status and the login; emit an idle/completed receipt.

📖Constraints

Runs only processes whose recorded crontab line is Themis's own; never anything a request spells out; model-free.
