Enforce the agent-centric modular architecture (Design #146/#173) and the derive-data-live rule: scan the apps for frontend data-hardcoding and direct-droid imports, record violations to Themis's ledger, and feed the compliance measure (architecture_compliance, Governance service) + the weekly report.

Run shared/architecture_audit.record daily; write architecture audit_findings; emit run-audit via the audit wrapper.
