๐Ÿ“–About & Usage

About

App Steward is an automated droid owned by Elrond. It exists to keep that agent's registered apps alive: it checks whether those apps are still running, detects any that have gone down, and relaunches them using the shared app-liveness mechanism in Shared Services via `shared/app_steward.py`.

It is a scheduled droid, although no specific cadence is recorded in its registry entry. The work is scoped to Elrond's own applications, so it acts as a local caretaker rather than a global monitor.

App Steward is not a one-off. It belongs to the reusable app-steward droid family, which currently has 19 members run by several other agents, and there are 18 exact-name copies of "App Steward" across Carol's ecosystem. Its engine is pure software: no Claude calls were found in its source, and it does not use a language model.
