Detail Planner Twin creates a fresh tactical plan when Merlin decides an execution needs re-planning. It removes manual re-planning: given an execution ID, it asynchronously runs the plan generator and returns the complete new plan as JSON, or reports an error.
It runs only when explicitly triggered. It does not detect re-planning needs, validate or modify plans, check executability, or dispatch results into Pipeline. Its exact name is unique, but it belongs to the reusable planner family: 14 planner droids are run across Elrond and Merlin. It is pure software and makes no Claude calls.
