About
sl-comply-01 is the daily compliance sentinel for service leads. It exists to be the first line of Carol’s Two-Agent Enforcement Doctrine — no fixing, no nagging, just automatic detection and filing. Every day it scans every service’s Model Subscriptions setup and flags any block running more than one model or any service using more than one subscription. For each violation it finds, it opens a single cure initiative in the responsible service lead’s name (crediting the lead as requester and falling back to Orion’s credit structure), ensuring no duplicate initiatives for the same issue already exist.
The droid works by pulling the full `shared/llm_compliance` report, isolating violations per service, then routing a new Carol Initiatives entry for each offending service. After filing, it emits a run-audit log so Audit & Compliance and governance agents can see what was done. It never touches configuration itself — its entire job is to make sure the right person is tasked with fixing the problem.
sl-comply-01 is owned by Clara, but it’s far from a personal assistant. This is one of 212 identical droids, each run by a different agent — from Carol to Scriber — making it a standard, reusable worker deployed across the Carolverse. Though its name is unique per instance, the design is shared. How it runs under the hood isn’t recorded: the execution engine is currently unknown, so we can’t say whether it’s pure software or calls Claude.
